GreenFET Single N-Channel Load Switch

A 3 mm² load switch with charge pump, ramp control, output discharge, and protection

The SLG59M1568V is designed for load switching applications. The part comes with one 9 A rated MOSFET switched on by an ON control pin. MOSFET turn on time is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.
