Hi,

I'm using AT25DF641A-SH-B (64 Mbits Flash) in my new project.

Datasheet says It supports 85MHz for SPI clock.

I wanted to know that can I use it for 1MHz SCK clock speed ?

Hi,

There is no lower limit as far as the clock rate, so the answer is yes.
