Master: Scan only one advertising channel

Hello guys,

We, a team of university of applied sciences in switzerland, are trying to detect in what sense the BLE standard is capable to detect as many slaves and exchange short informations once per second, for our concept we need a master which is able to scan a channel fulltime and tell to an upper device, via stack interface, the found devices, so that another master can send the connection request (which was delegated to do that from the upper device). We would like to know wether this is possible with the smartSnippets stack? We didnt get acces to the software yet but need to know this asap.
