What exactly do you mean GPIO multiplexer, how to configure the GPIO's of the 68x with different functionallities like SPI, I2C, etc ? The GPIO set up is done in the periph_init function via the functions hw_gpio_configure_pin(), hw_gpio_set_pin_function() etc, most of the examples have this kind of configuration depending on the usage of the GPIOs.

I was looking at the DA14680-01 DS v2.1.pdf, but could not find details about the GPIO_MULTIPLEXER as shown in the diagram.
OK, Ii found that the pdf file does not reflect the hardware correctly.
I'm sure you already know that.
I found what I was looking for in ..\DA1468x_SDK_BTLE_v_1.0.8.1050.1\doc\html\index.html
I see the links in the DA14680-01 DS v2.1.pdf do not work and the page number are not aligned correctly.
I am sure you know that as well too.
I find the DA14681-01 DS v2.1_0.pdf links do work correctly.
