You can have a look at the beacon reference design on the 580, you will be able to find the advertising structure of the beacon in the nvds.c file at the NVDS_TAG_APP_BLE_ADV_DATA member of the nvds_data_storage struct and also you will be able to find details about the structure of the ibeacon in the UM-N-019_DA14580_Beacon_Reference_Application.pdf in paragraph 3.3.
