Setup for sending AT commands

Hello Dialog
We are having DA14585 pro kit, we want to test some functionality by using AT commands.
I have set up the hardware connection as mentioned in the codeless tutorial(HTML) please find the hardware setup picture in the attachment.
After that, I have loaded the codeless_585.hex file using smart snippets toolbox using booter.
I have received the success msg also:
D:\Projects\Bluetooth_module\DA14585\codeless_585_0\codeless_585\codeless_585.hex.
[INFO Booter @18-07-11 18:50:49] Connection to COM7 port has successfully opened.
[INFO Booter @18-07-11 18:50:49] Started download procedure...
(信息橄榄球员@18-07-11 18:50:55]成功盘onnected from port COM7.
[INFO Booter @18-07-11 18:50:55] Successfully downloaded firmware file to the board.

I am using Tera Term as the terminal for sending AT commands:
I have set Tera Term baud rate as 52600.
After doing all this setup DA14585 is not responding, it is showing as cursor blinking it's not even taking any AT command as input. If I change the baud rate it showing garbage data.

Please tell me is there anything I have missed?
Thank you
D.Vishnu

Hi vishnuatdialog,

Hi vishnuatdialog,

As I am able to see from your comments, you set52600baud rate. Regarding the codeless tutorial (HTML), to send AT commands, you should use the following settings:

  • PORT :
  • BaudRate : 57600 (not 52600 as you have mentioned)
  • DataBits : 8
  • StopBits : 1
  • Parity : None
  • Flow Control : None
  • Transmit Text: Append CR

So, please change the baud rate to57600. Could you please clarify if you take garbage data with this baud rate? The attached picture is not very clear, so could you please make sure that you hardware configuration is exactly the same withFig. 8 Setup on Pro-Kitconfiguration (2.2. Hardware Setup section)?

Thanks, PM_Dialog
