SDK configuration xml file could not be found

When I open the "SmartSnippets Toolbox" there appear a popup telling "SDK configuration xml file could not be found. Using bundled support packs"

Could you please let me know if this is the first time that you launched the Smart Snippets toolbox? When the application launches for the first time, there will be no projects; the user will have to

create one by pressing the ‘New’ button. Also, which version of the tool you are working on?

Thanks for your answer, yes I had two previous projects to test and non of them work. I deleted the two project and I've create a new one but, it have done the same when I pushed the "Open" button it change to dark gray and do nothing else, the window none response eny longer.

The window do not alow to close, I have to force the close and when I reopen there appear the popup teling that not found the : "SDK configuration xml file could not be found"

The version is: SmartSnippets Studio v2.0.6 and my computer run a windows 10.

Since you open the Smart Snippet toolbox, did you hit to the “Support Pack” button and then select the SDK path? Also, I will try to replicate your issue.

hi all,
First I deleted the ancien projecs and I moved the unziped SDK folder to workspace and I selected the SDK folder by “Support Pack” button in this way "C:\Users\Josep\workspace_SmartSnippets_Studio\SDK 5.0.4"

Finaly I create a new project but have done the same
I joined the ".log" file "... \workspace_SmartSnippets_Studio\.metadata" if it could help

SDK5.0.4尚未支持XML包。My recommendation is to try it on clean install and a possible workaround would be to try it with the latest SDK6.

Hi, as you recommended I uninstall and erase all folders and cleanup the windows registry and reinstall again.

There appear three possibilities:
Treat as DA1458x 1.04 SDK
以DA1458X为5.03 SDK
Take no action

If I select“不采取行动”there appear the message"Error: No SDK has been selected. Please note that SmartSnippets Studio has not been configured properly and some actions, such as building projects, may not work as expected."

Then the only option is to choose"Treat as DA1458x 5.03 SDK"
I tried to select the path"C:\Users\Josep\workspace_SmartSnippets_Studio\DA14585_SDK\6.0.10.511"

The only choice isDA14585-00或者DA14586-00but notDA14580-0.
选择ing any possibilities not send error message but not do anything, wait for ever.

Please try to change the regions setting and after that follow the steps below:

  • 选择SDK目录作为工作区。对于DA14580设备，最新的SDK是SDK5.0.4
  • 在DA14580设备的情况下，您应该“以DA1458X 5.03 SDK妥善处理”
  • Open the Toolbox from the SmartSnippets Studio v2.0.6 user interface
  • 在弹出窗口弹出窗口中按“确定”，无法找到“无法找到SDK配置XML文件”。使用捆绑的支持包“。SDK5.0.4尚未支持XML包。
  • 选择或者create a project from the list
  • 选择the COM Port or the JTAG and choose DA14580-01
