bin exceeds 64k

hi dialog

I am using 14585, I noticed that when my bin file exceeds 64k, using toolbox to burn into flash, it will not work, only when the bin is less than 64k. When creating ota files, the same is true when the bin exceeds 64k. But debugging on keil can exceed 64k. Is there any way to solve this problem?

If you run your project from System-RAM, is it running correctly? Are you using SUOTA in your project?

It runs normally in the system ram.

Yes i am using suota. The bin is burned to the chip, it cannot start unless the code size is reduced to less than 64k.
