Yes.
Let's say the BLE is inside this object.
The user on his/her smartphone can see where that BLE object is at, relative to the user's location, on a mini-map kind of display.
Basically like those videogame mini-map, where I can see some distances away, there's my object with BLE attached to it.

Is the ToF functionality what you are expecting? If yes, please take a look at DA1469x product family and the WiRa SDK.
