Cannot download Software development tools

Cannot download Software development tools

In the Guide web, I cannot download the Latest SDK at 4.1( Software development tools). When I click the "download", I enter the web page "Sorry This Page Could Not Be Found You may need to register or log in to gain access to this content.".

But i have agreed the "Software Licence Agreement", but I have not received a approval e-mail.

How can I do next?

(once thats approved, you'll be able to download all the content).

I have received the e-mail

I have received the e-mail that you have been granted SDK access on the SmartBond customer support web site. Then I log into my account to access the SDK, but I have got the same web page "Sorry This Page Could Not Be Found You may need to register or log in to gain access to this content.".

Who can help me?

Hi there, I've just reset yuor access : could you try again ? please navigate to the product page (DA14580), then the software and tools, then the SDK and you should see all the downloads available without padlock access next to them. BR JE_Dialog

I have tried again. I only find the link "customer support website" at LINKS in the product page (DA14580), then I enter and login. In the Guide web, at 4.1( Software development tools) I click the "download", I still get the web page "Sorry This Page Could Not Be Found You may need to register or log in to gain access to this content.".

Hi Dialog team,
I wanted to download the Tools "SmartSnippets3.7 WindowsInstaller" , "Connection Manager" and the software release “DA14580 Dialog Port Service Source Code”. I accept the Software Licence Agreement then comes the screen “Request SDK Thank you for request. You will be emailed when access to the SDK is granted”. This screen comes in all cases of download. Now my question: How can I get the tools and a source code for testing the DA14580? Do you send me an email? And a very important question for us: when can we get this tools and source code? … for information: we want to make tests with the DA14580 to decide, if we can use this chip design in our current development.
