The throughput_eval project was included in a very old version of SDK which is not supported anymore. The current SDK version for DA14580 product family is SDK5.0.4. You will find in onto our support website.
For new designs/projects/researches, we strongly recommend the usage of DA14585/6 product family which is based on our new SDK6 (latest version SDK6.0.10). Please visit the DA14585/6 support portal from the URL below, and you will find great variety of small software example, much more detailed documentation and reference designs which will really help you to getting easily started.
The SDK is much improved, we have a lot of code examples, and there is also software roadmap support on the DA14585 to our next generation device that is announced 5th November. Stay tuned!
