I would like to know if hardware encryption works in DA 14585, the same way as it works in DA14580. Also, please suggest if DA 14585 supports hardware decryption.
If so, please provide the steps to implement the same.

Yes the hardware encryption works in the same way on the 585 as it works on the 580 as well, the same command GAPM_USE_ENC_BLOCK_CMD with the same operation GAPM_USE_ENC_BLOCK with the same parameters and the same indications in return. As the 580 does, the 585 doesn't support a command for h/w decryption.
