How should I do then I can get the BLE data on PC,when I plug DA14683 on PC
I want to use BLE data to do something on PC.

I would strongly recommend you to read the following documents and you could find the steps to getting started:
TheDA14683 Development Kit USBcan be used with the same way as theDA14683 Development Kit Prois used, so you could connected into you PC download firmware and connected with a BLE generic application. In this point, could you please clarify what would you like to accomplish? The DA14683 will be connected with your PC and it will ac as peripheral device? Is that correct? If yes, which will be your central device? Another 14683 or a mobile phone?
