Keil5 lite ?

Hello,

Notes in UM-B-086 say -

" Make sure you have a license for code size over 32K, by opening menu License Managementfrom the File menu.If no license is shown, please contact Keilto obtain a license. "

Does it mean Keil provides a free licence of DA14585 tools (like they do for STM32F), or will a full licences worth $1500+ be required to even compile the Voice RCU application?
