I have built a DA14585 BLE product, and in the past have seen that SmartSnippets Studio and what looks like some custom hex (flashed over UART) was used to run FCC radio testing?
What type of software and methods are available for to run the DA14585 through FCC certification testing?

Can you please clarify the question again. You've mentioned that you've already used SS Studio tools with DA14585 and you are again asking about DA14585 tools again. Did you mean another chip?
