i am looking for a Windows 10 based tool that can be used to emulate a Central Device. ideally i would like a USB based adapter that i can connect to via UART. this will be for software debug and test as well as factory test my target Device (a DA14583 design). i will have a custom UI on the Win10 machine written for all of my tests.

There is the proximity monitor, which is a windows application and emulates a central device, the application passes commands over UART to the GTL interface. The central runs on 580, either a dev kit or the USB dongle and both use the UART interface in order to take commands from the application that runs on the different processor (windows pc application in this case).
