GreenPAK Programmable Mixed-signal device schmitt trigger implementation

Dear Sir/Madam

We are looking to implement an adjustable threshold/hysteresis analogue non inverting Schmitt trigger

At present we have an implementation of this using discrete components (op-amp based...see attached image) and we were wondering if it is possible to implement this in one of the GreenPAK devices.

If this is possible, could you please recommend a development board and a suitable configurable GreenPAK device for implementing the above

Thanks

Kindest regards

Hello,

Hello,

I see a couple of approaches to implementing an adjustable threshold circuit input. One option would all revolve around using an analog comparator (ACMP) and the available internal voltage reference (VREF) options. In order to select the threshold, you have a couple of options. You can tie several ACMP's with different VREF levels in parallel, then tie their power/enables to pins for external pin strapping. If you have an I2C master in your system, you can take a GreenPAK that has an I2C slave (like the SLG46537) and use the I2C port to modify the VREF level. The advantage to this approach is that you can have up to 32 different threshold levels (because there are 32 different selectable VREF options).

最后,我们有一个新的GreenPAK基地死,哈哈s op amps in it, so you could directly implement your circuit using that. The part number is SLG47004.

Regards,

Chuck
