Multiphase 20 A Output Current Sub-PMIC

A team of engineers is ready to answer your questions

High efficiency over a wide output range

DA9213-A is a synchronous 20 A step down converter supplying the processors core or GPU rail in automotive infotainment and navigation system applications requiring high currents. DA9213-A is also suitable for powering FPGA’s.

The input voltage range of 2.8 to 5.5 V makes it suitable for standard 5 V supply or USB power supplies. DA9213-A delivers 20 A output current, suitable for the highest performing application processors such as multi core arrangements of ARM Cortex A15/A57 family. Due to the multiphase topology DA9213-A provides outstanding ±2 % load transient response and component sizes below 1 mm height.
